I found you on Google. I want to create a Thank you page in Aweber.
Can I do that using the aweber signup form? Think not cause can´t get rid of the email field and don´t want my subscribers to opt in again…so should I make a landing page and upload it to my website or can I make it from my web page dashboard?

I am excited to hear that you found me on Google. Aweber is designed to do only one thing and this to create an email optin form. It is not designed to be used to create landing pages. You will need to use something else for the landing page. I use the original version of OptimizePress for my landing page. It is also possible to use wordpress themes that have a landing page template built into them.
